About Our TeamCadence is a language services firm that specializes in due diligence industry.We are a remote-first company with staff across multiple countries.Our team manages interpretation projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities include project management, client communication, and recruitment of specialized language professionals.Key aspects of this role involve ensuring clients' needs are met with precision and efficiency.You will work on various projects, from one-day calls to multi-week focus groups.Your key interactions will be via email, phone, or other platforms to understand clients' needs and ensure they are met.You will identify the best linguist for each project and present their experience in a relevant way.This may involve recruiting new linguists if there isn't an ideal match.You will also evaluate profitability and client satisfaction throughout the project.Requirements : Bachelor's degree in a related fieldFluency in English; fluency in an additional language is a bonusExperience with CRM systemsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work effectively in both independent and team environmentsGoal-oriented, driven, and highly motivated to succeed & take on challengesThis role offers flexible working arrangements including remote work options.You will work within APAC, AMER or EMEA business hours.Weekends and overnights shifts are available with a commensurate increase in compensation.
