Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced engineers with strong L3 support capabilities to join our front office L3 support team. This role involves troubleshooting, supporting, bug-fixing and optimizing existing systems while ensuring their high performance, scalability, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced L3 production support for complex application issues
  • Analyze, debug, and resolve production issues efficiently within SLA
  • Perform deep root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes
  • Raise and manage incidents, assess business impact, and communicate updates to stakeholders
  • Create and track problem tickets, working closely with Development teams to drive permanent resolution
  • Escalate critical issues to management when required
  • Debug and fix defects in the existing codebase
  • Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability
  • Collaborate closely with Development, QA, and Infrastructure teams
Mandatory Requirements
  • Strong coding and debugging skills
  • Experience in providing L3 Application Support
  • Development experience (preferred or combined with support)
  • Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (Java, C++, Python, or similar)
  • Willingness to participate in technical coding interviews.
  • Fluent English communication.
