About the Role

We are looking for a Junior HR Generalist to join our team! This role will primarily focus on the recruitment and selection processes but will also support in general HR activities. The ideal candidate should be passionate about connecting people and opportunities and eager to grow in other areas of Human Resources.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, CV screening, interviews, feedback).
  • Support hiring managers in defining job profiles and recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain and optimize recruitment platforms and candidate pipelines.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent attraction efforts.
  • Assist with onboarding, employee integration, internal communications and engagement activities.
  • Help monitor and update HR metrics and reports.
  • Participate in HR projects and process improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields.
  • Previous experience (internship or entry-level) in recruitment and selection.
  • Willingness to work as a generalist across different HR functions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
  • Organised and detail-oriented.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools is a plus.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model, being 4 days in our office in Campinas.
