About The Role

As Our Junior Research Associate, You Will

• Support high‑impact work by helping the Research Analyst analyze financial models, identify segment‑level trends, and convey client‑facing takeaways.
• You will work with massive amounts of data to help answer our clients' key questions about the companies we cover and the datasets we analyze.
• You will learn about our proprietary methods and techniques for ensuring data accuracy and deriving key insights.
• Become a trusted resource for our internal stakeholders and sector teams, working with them to identify and answer their key questions.
• By contributing to data deliverables, custom analysis, or data reports consumed by the top investors in the world.
• Improve our products and increase our coverage by supporting the Research Analyst in maintaining product integrity and completing deliverables to clients, including developing new features and product improvements.
• Valuing self‑improvement and experimentation, you are expected to enhance the products, pipelines, or processes that you own.
• Sharpen SQL and Python skills; our new hire training program will enrich and expand SQL fundamentals.

What You Bring

• You have 1‑2 years of experience in financial banking or investment research and have a strong understanding of business fundamentals.
• You have experience as a research or data analyst, ideally with some exposure to SQL.
• You have strong attention to detail and are a methodical problem‑solver.
• You have excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams across time zones and cultures.
• You strive to make tasks as efficient as possible.
• You are enthusiastic about making a big impact at a rapidly growing company.
