Base Skill Set
- A+ Certification or equivalent experience
- Good working knowledge of Active Directory
- 2+ years providing technical support in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
- Experience supporting users up to executive / VIP level
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience supporting Windows-based desktop environments: Windows 7, Windows 8
- Microsoft Office & O365
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Support of video conferencing systems
- Support of mobile devices
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide end-user support for Windows platforms, collaboration tools, mobile technologies, printing, and video conferencing
- Support laptops, mobile devices, network access, and remote access
- Work collaboratively with the Service Desk for break/fix and end-user support
- Diagnose and troubleshoot desktop systems, printers, and OS issues
- Install, maintain, and upgrade equipment and related infrastructure
- Run diagnostic tests and perform proactive activities
- Identify, research, and resolve technical problems, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Respond to support requests via phone, email, tickets, and dispatch
- Document, track, and monitor incidents to ensure resolution within SLA windows
- Operating Systems: Windows, macOS (OS X)
- Software: MS Office (Windows and Mac knowledge required)
- Remote support tools: Microsoft Remote Desktop, Apple Remote Desktop, VNC
- Hands‑on experience removing viruses and spyware (Windows)
Base Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service focus
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Minimum 2 years of IT support experience in a hybrid Windows & Mac environment
- Experience working with Help Desk operations
- 2+ years supporting mobile platforms: iPhone, iPad, Android
- Strong expertise with iPad / iPhone
- Self‑starter with strong collaboration skills
- High attention to detail and quality standards
- Strong organizational and technical skills
- Ability to re‑prioritize tasks effectively
- Skilled in documenting troubleshooting steps and instructions
- Business professional attire required
