This role is for someone who listens deeply, asks thoughtful questions, and guides homeowners toward

the service that fits their needs whether that's a repair, replacement, or rejuvenation.

You'll also

personally close deals over the phone, creating opportunities and revenue through strong

communication and trust-building.

What You'll Do
  • Answer inbound calls, online inquiries, and warm leads.
  • Make outbound follow-ups to estimates, warm leads, and nurture opportunities
  • Have natural, curiosity-based conversations to uncover homeowner needs.
  • Close deals over the phone when the homeowner is ready.
  • Set qualified appointments for Account Managers.
  • Maintain accurate notes and updates in ServiceTitan.
  • Hit daily activity metrics for calls, texts, and follow-ups.
  • Support field teams with clear appointment handoffs.
  • Maintain fast response time and high booking rate.
