Responsibilities

• Deliver 'Best in Industry' customer care to internal and external customers and supporting staff (Imaging Technologists, Radiologists, System Administrators, etc.).
• Develop, communicate, and execute action plans for very complex issues within established deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a Hospital IT environment for >4 years.
• Healthcare IT and workflows.
• RIS/HIS/PACS/Storage interfacing.
• 2+ years advanced software visualization experience (Terra Recon – Visual images – other vendors a plus).
• Excellent English skills (ideally native, spoken and written); Spanish language skills and knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Required Skills for Success

• BS/BA in related discipline, or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong analytical/problem solving skills and abilities.
• Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills.
• Advanced visualization experience (Terra Recon, Vital, syngo.via, other vendors a plus).
• Microsoft Operating Systems (Server and Clients), SQL, Networking, Security, Antivirus.
