Your Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR partner, supporting talent acquisition efforts and building long-term mechanisms for employee development and retention.
- Serve as a bridge between business units and HR, ensuring alignment and collaboration to achieve organizational goals.
- Provide internal consulting to leaders and teams, offering agile, simplified, and locally adapted HR solutions.
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle — from onboarding to offboarding — ensuring a consistent and positive experience.
- Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to align attraction and selection strategies with business priorities.
- Monitor and support performance management and organizational climate, providing data-driven insights to empower leadership decisions.
- Identify development needs and support leaders in creating and implementing training initiatives and projects.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, local labor laws, and diversity and inclusion practices.
- Apply business acumen to propose improvements in organizational structure and operational efficiency.
- Lead cultural initiatives that enhance engagement, team cohesion, and a healthy, productive work environment.
- Act as a cultural and strategic bridge between local teams and global leadership, bringing critical insights to foster sustainable growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources roles.
- Prior experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist in internet / technology companies is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Strong analytical ability to assess organizations, propose effective structures, and lead HR initiatives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- High sense of ownership, approachability, and ability to build trust-based relationships at all levels.
Work model: On-site.
Nice to Have
- Experience working at early-stage companies in Brazil (stage 0→1), particularly in contexts of rapid growth.
- Previous experience with Chinese companies or multicultural environments involving Asian structures and dynamics.
