Qualificações

• 5 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally in multinational and matrix-structured organizations.
• Strong coaching and people management skills.
• Advanced Spanish is a plus.

Human Resources Business Partner

Day to day

• Strategic and valued advisors to the business;
• Take and inspire decisions based on facts and figures;
• Support change management process;
• Key point of contact for Managers, members and country MT in Brazil;
• Manage / coordinate all member cases (hiring, promotions, development etc.)
• Understand local business challenges and opportunities and tailor the HR execution of the People Strategy to local needs
• Identify and flag opportunities for continuous improvements for HR policies;
• Participate and act in the performance Management process;
• Participate and act in the Talent and Successor mapping and development program;
• Monitor headcount budget;
• Proactively develop and deliver solutions (in collaboration with COEs);
• Coach and scout talents in the organization

Essentials

• Degree in Administration, Psychology and related areas
• 5 years of experience in Human Resources
• Experience with multinational and matrix-structured organizations;
• Coaching Experience
