Qualificações

About the Job

The role will support the execution of daily operations, optimizing resources and empowering strategic decision‑making that fuels company growth.

Responsibilities
  • Executes HR processes and procedures involving HR tools and data maintenance.
  • Provides information to be uploaded to the payroll, such as bonus and commissions, hires and terminations, salary increases, etc.
  • Responsible for keeping HR files in good standing, including for internal / external audits.
  • Handles HR invoices verification and ensures they are scheduled for payment.
  • Supports vacation scheduling.
  • Helps employees with HR requests on topics like vacation, benefits, pay slips, etc.
  • Assists human resources management in developing, interpreting, and recommending HR programs, policies, procedures and courses of action.
  • Collaborates with the Talent Acquisition team, providing guidance on HR operational aspects.
  • All other duties as assigned.

  • 02 plus years experience in HR as a generalist or similar role.
Language
