Team Overview

#LI-HybridTeam OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner to join our team and act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, driving people strategies that support high performance, growth, and a culture of innovation. In this role, you will partner with senior leadership to shape and execute the people agenda, while also supporting our broader organizational goals.

Role Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing strategic guidance on organizational design, leadership development, succession planning, performance, and team effectiveness.
  • Lead and drive key HR initiatives such as talent reviews, engagement strategies, culture-building, change management, and workforce planning.
  • Consult and partner with HR stakeholders on a broad range of people-related topics, including employee relations, leadership development, recruitment, compensation, organizational design, diversity and employee advocacy.
  • Engage and support the business with succession planning and workforce planning, including the development of leadership talent across the business.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders and HR colleagues to enhance communication flow within the broader regional / global HR team.
  • Drive the development of a world-class HR culture by personal example, leadership and actions, incorporating local market conditions where relevant, but always with a view to best practices from an international perspective.
Role Qualifications
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in an HRBP or similar strategic role.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to build credibility and influence senior leaders.
  • Deep knowledge of HR practices across the employee lifecycle (performance, talent development, employee relations, org design, etc.).
  • Experience in fast-paced, matrixed, or tech-driven environments is highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Creative thinker and problem solver, able to manage multiple projects, understand business P&L and drive execution.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and develop strong working partnerships with clients as well as HR colleagues.
  • Advanced English level.
