A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking an HR Business Partner to align HR strategies with business objectives in Curitiba, Brazil. The role focuses on talent management, performance evaluation, and compliance while engaging with employees across various functions. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of Business Partner experience in a sales-driven setting and a graduate degree in HR. This position offers an opportunity to shape a high-performance culture aligned with business needs.
Partner with the Key Business stakeholders, COEs, Business Leaders to deliver HR strategies seamlessly in line with the business needs and priorities.
Deliver the HR support to the business to achieve the strategic objectives set out in the business goal sheet
Design and review the workforce plan for the talent pipeline requirements in line with the function or business strategy
Manage key business performance targets and their related talent implications with business leaders.
Manage statutory and internal compliance and employee welfare to make the workplace environment conducive to work
Implement Employee Engagement initiatives across regions to create an engaged workforce
Support the L&D team to identify and drive L&D interventions in the relevant areas.
Graduate in Employee Relations/HR or MBA in Human Resources or its equivalent preferably with a premier institute
Incumbent to have about 2 to 4 years of experience in a Business Partner role in any sales-driven organization including retail, telecom, insurance, BFSI and 5 to 8 years of overall HR experience.
