The HR Systems Analyst (HRIS) partners with customers to analyze work processes, design improvements, and leverage technology to support HR.
Support and enable the strategy and development of HR systems, providing ongoing system support for the HR ecosystem.
Maintain Workday HCM data integrity, provide expert user support, and act as a technical point-of-contact for data integrity, testing, reporting, and process improvement opportunities.
Support HRMS upgrades, patches, testing, and other technical projects as assigned.
Develop and maintain system documentation, processes, and procedures.
Address escalated questions and requests via Service Now and other channels in a timely manner.
Stay up-to-date with trends in HRIS technologies and practices.
Collaborate with departments to translate business needs into system functionality and user-friendly processes.
Perform complex queries and report creation, configuration, testing, prototyping, and vendor escalations as needed.
Contribute to implementation plans and milestones for go-live, including post-go-live training and support.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
HRIS experience.
Experience with HR systems such as Workday, HCM, PeopleSoft, Kronos, Oracle, and / or ADP, preferably in a global, multi-tenant environment.
Extensive experience supporting HR functions (core HRM / HR Administration, payroll, timekeeping, learning management, benefits, and talent acquisition) in a large, complex enterprise across multiple geographies.
Knowledge of HR processes and terminology.
Experience with systems management and reporting tools (e.g., MS Access and Excel).
Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures relating to HR systems.
Experience leading pieces of large-scale projects and initiatives.
