We’re looking for a passionate and proactive HR Generalist to join our team. This role plays a key part in delivering HR programs, supporting leaders, and driving initiatives that enhance talent attraction, employee experience, and people development across operational and administrative teams.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure consistent, high-quality selection decisions.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Coordinate early talent programs (interns).
  • Assist with talent mapping initiatives.
  • Contribute to internal communication and engagement initiatives.
  • Support programs that promote engagement and a strong workplace culture.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, ideally in a generalist or HR partner role.
  • Proven experience managing recruitment.
  • Advanced English level.
