What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Strong experience working in HCM systems and advanced-level Microsoft Excel skills
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Ability to manage teams and set priorities while staying within budget

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Six or more years of professional-level experience in human resources
• Proven experience working as an Implementation/Professional Services Specialist
• Bachelor's degree in project management or Business Administration with significant corporate experience
• Certified Human Resources Professional credential or ability to obtain one within 12 months of hire
