Summary : The HR Assistant is the first point of contact for on-site Associate support in BR Operations organization.
They provide friendly and welcoming support to our Associates regarding a broad range of benefits, policy, payroll, time & attendance and other topics while maintaining an appropriate level of confidentiality.
They lead or participate in engagement and internal communications actions, support frontline leaders and engage with other supporting functions to deliver a delightful Associate experience.
