Title: Google + Microsoft Ads Manager (Growth Lead Track)
Location: Remote
Status: Full-Time
Start: 2–4 weeks (or sooner if you’re the real deal)
What you’ll be doing (aka how you’ll earn your BLG cape)
- Run paid search like a performance business.
- Build, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube where relevant)
- Microsoft Ads (Search + Audience Network when it makes sense)
- Own performance outcomes: ROAS, CPL, CAC, MQL→SQL quality, booked calls, revenue.
- Be the “funnel detective”: audit landing pages, lead flow, tracking, and conversion paths.
- Use GA4, GTM, call tracking, CRM data, heatmaps, and dashboards to find leaks, drop-offs, fake conversions and “why is this lead trash?” moments.
- Make AI + automation part of the operating system—use (and improve) automation systems with tools like Make.com, Zapier, GoHighLevel, ChatGPT to automate reporting, pacing alerts, QA checks, creative/copy iteration, and internal handoffs.
- Build a team in 2026—document processes, turn wins into repeatable playbooks, help hire & train junior buyers/assistants.
- Lead through delegation, coaching, and accountability.
You’re a great fit if…
- You’re a proven platform expert with real experience managing Google + Microsoft Ads.
- You understand match type strategy, query sculpting, negative keyword hygiene, conversion tracking realities (not fairy tales), budget allocation based on marginal returns.
- You can explain why something worked, not just that it worked.
- You’re built like a scientist, not a gambler—test, iterate, and measure as if your rent depends on it.
- You make decisions using data, business context, and common sense.
- You embrace AI & automation like it’s your unfair advantage and actively use AI tools to speed up ad copy, landing page iteration ideas, keyword research, script drafting, analysis and reporting narratives.
- You’re always looking for “how do we do this faster without getting dumber?”
