A global IT services company located in Brasília is seeking a Delivery Management Lead responsible for managing team efforts, project planning, and client interactions. You will ensure exceptional service delivery and team performance while engaging with clients to meet their requirements. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Management or Information Technology and has experience in project management and agile teams. This role offers an opportunity to impact client satisfaction and project success directly.

What success looks like in this role:

• Manages the efforts of assigned Delivery Management associates / team members.
• Be the main point of contact in client location related to project/contract.
• Ensures team members follow established procedures and deliver exceptional client service across all aspects of delivery management, including:
  • Developing and updating / adapting delivery related project plans, timelines and schedules.
  • Coordinating day-to-day project tasks.
  • Monitoring project progress and updating status reports.
  • Participating in client meetings, helping manage expectations and helping address emerging questions / issues.
  • Working with internal product, technical and other teams to ensure issues are addressed and resolved in a timely and accurate fashion.
  • Providing accurate client status reports.
  • Representing clients to internal teams and service organizations.
• Engages with clients to exchange information, gather requirements and expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Serves as a key point of contact for process related questions or issues.
• Monitors team performance and outcomes, addressing and resolving competency and related issues.
• Works with any 3rd Party providers and sub-contractors to ensure the implementation of deliverables.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a certificate or extension course in management, focused on administration or information technology
• Experience in Software Development and Maintenance Project Management, preferably with agile teams
• Experience in Contract and Service Management activities
• People Management
