In this hands‑on leadership role, you will architect, build, and scale high‑impact full‑stack systems that power mission‑critical products. You will define pragmatic technical standards, lead end‑to‑end feature delivery, and continuously raise the bar for reliability, performance, and security. Working in a fast‑paced, engineering‑driven environment, you will mentor a talented team of frontend and backend developers while driving best practices across CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and observability. You will combine strategic thinking with deep technical execution, shaping both the product architecture and engineering culture. Accountabilities
  • Own and evolve system architecture with a pragmatic mindset, balancing simplicity, scalability, performance, and security.
  • Design, harden, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and cloud infrastructure across development and production environments.
  • Lead end‑to‑end feature delivery, from technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Implement observability, logging, tracing, and alerting to proactively manage performance, reliability, and incident response.
  • Drive code quality through standards, reviews, branching strategies, documentation, and disciplined release practices.
  • Mentor frontend and backend engineers, foster a culture of ownership, and guide technical decision‑making.
  • Collaborate closely with product and business stakeholders to plan scope, estimate delivery, and unblock execution.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience building production‑grade backend systems and 2+ years in a technical leadership or ownership role.
  • Strong hands‑on expertise with .NET and Python (Flask/FastAPI), including API design, authentication, and database modeling.
  • Solid frontend experience with React, TypeScript, and modern UI frameworks.
  • Proficiency with PostgreSQL, Redis, asynchronous processing, queues, schedulers, and event‑driven architectures.
  • Experience designing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar tools, along with Docker and AWS‑based deployments.
  • Deep understanding of system security fundamentals, RBAC, session management, and OWASP best practices.
  • Strong communication skills, clear documentation habits, and the ability to make thoughtful technical trade‑offs.
