Overview

Job Title: Full Stack Engineer

Type: Full-time, Remote (ET/CT/PT)

Salary: 4,500 – 6,000+ USD/month (based on assessment)

Our client is a venture studio that partners with founders to build and launch new companies from the ground up. Their portfolio includes consumer and B2B startups across multiple industries – with more on the horizon. They are a small but highly experienced technical team that thrives on experimentation, curiosity, and shipping well-designed products.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join us and help bring our portfolio of products to life. This is a hands-on, generalist role where you’ll work directly with our founders on multiple projects, contributing across web and mobile apps. You’ll have the chance to build from scratch, ship quickly, and see your work make an immediate impact.

This is not just about writing code — we want someone who’s curious, motivated, and cares deeply about user experience and design. If you’ve worked on interesting web or mobile apps before, enjoy experimenting with AI coding tools, and thrive in fast-paced startup environments, this could be a great fit.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain web and mobile applications across the venture studio’s portfolio companies (starting with a consumer health app and web marketplace).
• Work with Next.js, React, and React Native to create performant, refined, and user-friendly experiences.
• Collaborate directly with founders to define requirements, ship features, and iterate fast. Contribute to UI/UX decisions with an eye for detail and design.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed.
• Use AI coding tools (we use Cursor) to accelerate development and experiment with new approaches.
• Stay flexible and open-minded — you may work across different industries and products as the portfolio evolves.

Requirements

• Proven experience building and shipping web and/or mobile apps.
• Strong skills with Next.js, React, and React Native.
• A product mindset — you care about the end-user experience, not just the code.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn, experiment, and use new tools.
• A motivated, self-starter attitude — able to figure things out and push projects forward independently.
• Previous startup or small-team experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for collaboration.
