You\'ll ship product features while fundamentally improving how we build software. This role is for an engineer who can see beyond the immediate task to architect solutions that improve developer ergonomics.

What You Will Build

• Production features that demonstrate technical excellence and become the standard for future development
• A unified Chrome extension architecture that replaces our current vanilla JS/React hybrid
• A component system in Storybook that accelerates the entire team\'s velocity
• Refactoring strategies that improve code quality without disrupting product momentum
• Documentation and patterns that make good architecture the path of least resistance

What You Bring

• Expert-level React with deep understanding of performance, patterns, and pitfalls
• Redux architecture experience including migration strategies for large codebases
• Storybook, documentation, and knowledge transfer as core development philosophies
• Daily use of AI development tools (Claude Code, Copilot) with measurable impact on velocity
• Track record of modernizing production codebases while shipping features
