About the Role

This role owns core FP&A processes, including forecasting, annual planning, SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, GRR), unit economics, and P&L analysis by customer, product, and segment. You will build and scale financial models, partner with GTM and Product teams to ensure execution matches financial expectations, and modernize our reporting foundation in partnership with the Data team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-growth SaaS environment, enjoys building structure from scratch, and can balance strategic insight with hands‑on analytics.

About the Team

You’ll be joining a small, high‑impact Finance & Accounting team that sits at the center of company decision-making. We partner directly with the Founders and functional leaders across Sales, Implementation, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to drive clarity, accountability, and performance as the business scales. The environment is collaborative, transparent, and hands‑on!

What You’ll Do

Within 3 months, you will:

• Stand up core reporting infrastructure: monthly business reviews, departmental budget templates, and KPI dashboards.
• Take ownership of the close → forecast cycle and partner with Accounting to tighten timing and accuracy.

Within 6 months, you will:

• Lead the company’s integrated quarterly reforecast, improving driver‑based accuracy across teams.
• Operationalize SaaS KPIs: churn/expansion bridges, cohort analyses, and margin reporting.

Within 9 months, you will:

• Drive the full annual operating plan process end-to-end, including scenario planning and resource allocation.
• Establish a scalable forecasting system or tooling.
• Deliver actionable insights that materially improve performance.

What You’ll Bring

• 7+ years in FP&A / Strategic Finance, ideally in high‑growth B2B SaaS or subscription businesses.
• Proven ownership of short‑term cash forecasting and burn management in fast‑moving environments.
• Experience building FP&A frameworks from scratch.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business levers and metrics (ARR, NRR/GRR, churn, cohort economics, margin).
• Demonstrated cross‑functional partnering — able to pull clear inputs from messy org realities.
• Ability to move comfortably between weeds and exec‑level storytelling (“altitude switching”).
• Advanced Excel/Sheets (and comfort working from raw exports); SQL/BI experience is a plus.
• High judgment, bias to action, and ownership mindset.
