Responsibilities
  • Financial modeling, providing analytical support, and validating financial and operational results of Operating Expenses and Sales productivity.
  • Ensure a high level of financial controls are followed, maintaining data integrity.
  • Support on forecasting and P&L reviews
  • Controllership of Marketplace International Sales for Latam, understanding actuals, challenging variances and tracking action plans to bring financial results back to plan when necessary and possible
  • Drive the decisions on Operating Expenses and Sales productivity, driving efficiencies together with an aligned business growth strategy
  • Drive the implementation and best use of global best practices
  • Orchestrate the whole planning process, from aligning assumptions and providing analysis to system load and data integrity checks
  • Provide accurate and insightful financial reports
  • Find opportunities to use global standards and transfer repetitive tasks to global teams
  • Develop financial skills across the organization
  • Build great talent inside and outside Finance

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics or business, or Bachelor's degree
  • Quantitative role (engineering, process re-engineering, quality assurance) experience
  • Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence
  • Experience in tax, finance or a related analytical field
  • Experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyse experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis
  • Experience in identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes
  • Knowledge of Tableau
  • Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
  • Experience participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results
