A leading healthcare organization in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner. You will manage budgeting and financial reporting, work collaboratively with clinical teams, and require a relevant accounting qualification. Ideal candidates will have NHS finance experience. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a salary between £55,690 and £62,682 annually.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic Finance Business Partner to join the financial management team, supporting one of the Care Groups with day-to-day financial management duties.
You will be responsible to the Senior Finance Business Partner, supporting strategic and financial delivery, working closely with clinical and non-clinical team members as well as the wider finance team to drive positive outcomes.
Successful candidates are required to hold a relevant professional accounting qualification as well as experience of working in a financial management environment and experience of financial accounting systems and procedures; exposure to finance within the NHS would also be advantageous. Excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to prioritise their workload and work flexibly to meet tight deadlines are essential.
