About the Role
  • Assist in maintaining the day-to-day functionality and efficiency of our IT systems.
  • Generate and provide IT reports for desktops, printers, peripherals, telephone systems, and cellular devices.
  • Coordinate installation and maintenance of complex software systems.
  • Identify, manage, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Respond effectively to customer requests and communicate solutions clearly.
  • Update user information in organizational systems.
  • Manage and update user access for IT applications for new and existing employees.
Key Qualifications
  • Bilingual: Portuguese (Fluent) and English (Advanced).
  • Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
