As a Field Service Specialist, you will provide maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs and calibration of Pall equipment at customer sites across America.

The role is remote with up to 85% travel.

Responsibilities

Service and test systems hardware, including mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation, primarily within the food and beverage industry.

Troubleshoot, upgrade, and update PLC and HMI software independently.

Issue service reports and / or commissioning reports.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering field, or equivalent military experience (E-6 or greater), or high school diploma / GED plus 3+ years of related field service experience.

Experience with automation / PLC instruments, including adjustments and uploading new PLC software.

Located near a major metropolitan airport in the CDT or EDT time zone.

Travel & Physical Requirements

Up to 85% flying / driving travel, primarily domestic, with occasional international travel.

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Ability to regularly lift, move, slide, raise, or place up to 50 lbs.

Stand, walk, sit, squat, kneel, ascend, descend stairs, and reach with hands and arms.

Preferred

Experience with mechanical, electrical, and instrument components such as valves, pumps, transmitters, and actuators.

SAP experience.
