We are looking for a Program Manager to support FBA (Fulfillment By Amazon) Brazil. This role will be based at an Amazon FC and will support the FBA team in managing its operations. The PM will work closely with stakeholders from Operations, S&OP, Program, Sales, Transportation, Legal and others to drive strategic and tactical initiatives that improve FBA operations—including inbound, outbound and inventory management. The position focuses on cross‑team process improvements, identifies opportunities, maps processes, proposes optimizations, and manages daily operations. The PM will build and own metrics and reports, review performance metrics and serve as the bridge between FC operations and business teams.
FBA is a key team in Amazon Brazil, managing the operations for sellers who send inventory to our fulfillment center—from collecting products to delivering them to customers and processing returns. Within FBA we have several teams that manage SX and operations. The Fulfillment Operations team manages the entire inventory once it is received in the FC: inventory management, removals, customer returns, reimbursements, and operational processes. We are a data‑driven team that owns metrics tracking and evolution, maps gaps and implements improvements to positively impact our sellers and customers.
