Responsibilities

• Manage the full Finance & Insurance (F&I) process, ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience at the dealership level.
• Present and explain financing options, insurance products, warranties, and value‑added services in a clear and compliant manner.
• Build strong partnerships with financial institutions, banks, and insurance providers to negotiate competitive rates, commissions, and product offerings.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory, financial, and ethical standards across all F&I operations.
• Support dealer teams with training on F&I processes, systems, customer approach, and product knowledge.
• Review and validate all documentation related to vehicle financing, insurance, and contract execution.
• Monitor KPIs such as penetration rates, product mix, revenue per vehicle, and conversion ratios.
• Develop strategies to increase F&I performance, customer satisfaction, and retention.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to align on customer needs and support the end-to-end sales process.
• Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, financial regulations, and competitor offerings.

Requirements

• Solid experience in F&I operations within the automotive sector (dealerships or OEMs).
• Strong understanding of financing structures, insurance products, warranties, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship‑management skills with financial partners.
• Customer‑centric approach, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
• High attention to detail for contract validation and documentation controls.
• Analytical mindset to track KPIs, identify opportunities, and support business planning.
• Ability to train and guide dealership teams on best practices for F&I processes.
• Familiarity with F&I systems, CRM platforms, and digital sales tools is a plus.

Location and work-mode

100% on‑site in Morumbi region (Rochaverá building in front of Shopping Morumbi).
