Overview

Sweden needs skilled engineers. Right now we have ~200 open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden. We are looking for a senior headhunter to help us find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden.

Living standards in Sweden are high by international comparisons, and there is a strong demand for engineers across software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. You will inform candidates about the benefits of living and working in Sweden and build trust with suitable candidates as they consider relocation.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage engineers who are open to relocation to Sweden.
  • Explain and promote the benefits of living and working in Sweden to candidates.
  • Build trust with potential candidates and support them through the relocation process.
  • Collaborate with a global team of recruiters and the Swedish delivery management team to handle relocation logistics (visa, work permits, housing, travel, etc.).
  • Coordinate with clients in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.
  • Plan and execute recruitment activities in coordination with colleagues across multiple countries (Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam).
Required competence / Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience.
  • A solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT.
  • Extremely service oriented, with a flexible mindset towards always finding the best solution.
  • High quality and brand awareness.
  • Understanding or interest in headhunting and the IT outstaffing/outsourcing model.
  • Upper intermediate English.
  • Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies.
  • Analytical, well organized with attention to detail, with the ability to identify and close a recruitment request.
  • Self-confident, sociable, outgoing with a high level of self-motivation.
  • Persistent and resilient, able to handle rejection and continue pursuing opportunities.
  • Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues and customers.
  • Responsive and responsible, with a professional appearance.
Details
  • Extent & Duration: Start ASAP.
  • Position: Full time. Long term contract as a Private Entrepreneur. Minimum 12 months.
  • Hours: Eight hours per day, Monday to Friday.
  • Overtime: Compensation 1:1 in flex.
  • Location: Work from home or from a co-location center of your choice.
  • Remuneration: Starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
  • Holidays: Free national holidays, with maintained payment.
  • Vacation: 20 paid vacation days.
  • Other: Paid travels, housing, and per diem.
