Are you ready to lead financial planning with real business impact?

As an Expenses Finance Specialist at Kellanova, you'll manage people cost and controllable overhead processes end-to-end.

You will guide a team of analysts, deliver best-in-class financial reporting, and partner directly with business leaders across Latin America.

Your role will be crucial to ensuring accuracy, performance insights, and forward-thinking decisions across multiple functions.

This is a great opportunity to mentor talent, improve planning cycles, and strengthen collaboration across FP&A, HR, IT, and functional teams, while helping drive a culture of continuous improvement.

A Taste of What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead Overhead Financial Planning - Own the full cycle of people cost and overhead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across LATAM, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights.
  • Coach & Develop Talent - Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and performance excellence.
  • Deliver Business Partnering Excellence - Act as a strategic finance advisor to functional leaders, providing guidance, challenge, and insight to drive better financial decisions.
  • Support Strategic Outlooks - Coordinate input and adjustments to both strategic and non-strategic forecasts, while preparing executive-level reporting and presentations.
  • Improve and Optimize - Identify process gaps, lead simplification initiatives, and promote automation while maintaining service quality and stakeholder alignment.
We're Looking for Someone With
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, preferably in shared services or multinational environments.
  • Experience managing teams and leading end-to-end processes such as P&L and cash flow forecasting.
  • Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to translate data into business insights.
  • Advanced level of English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Strong presentation, business partnering, and communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with tools like Anaplan is a plus.
  • Experience working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment with regional scope.
