Provide high-level administrative and logistical support to the GM and VP including complex travel management dynamic calendar coordination and meeting facilitation with Spanish fluency as a strong advantage.

What will your job look like
  • Support GM (frequent travel flight delays system admin for call connections) and VP (calendar expenses tech coordination).
  • Manage intense and constantly changing calendars including meetings with CEO and senior leadership.
  • Handle travel management and emergencies rebooking flights and adjusting schedules quickly.
  • Coordinate calls and ensure all participants join meetings working closely with GMs admins.
  • Prepare materials for meetings assist with internal projects and maintain strong back-office support.
  • Adapt quickly to changes and prioritize under pressure.
All you need is
  • Bachelors Degree preferred.
  • 3 years of administrative experience supporting executives.
  • Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office; Spanish fluency is a huge advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Quick decision-making and problem-solving in dynamic situations.
