We are seeking a Senior Executive Assistant (Real Estate) to serve as a strategic right hand to executive leadership within a fast-paced U.S. self storage real estate investment platform. This is a high-impact role that blends executive assistance with acquisitions, operations, and transaction coordination.

This is not a traditional EA position. You will actively support real estate deals from opportunity through closing, while also assisting with development tracking, financial organization, and day-to-day operational execution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating independently in deal-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities
Acquisitions & Deal Execution
  • Support end-to-end acquisition processes, from sourcing to closing
  • Assist with underwriting and deal analysis
  • Draft, submit, and track LOIs; manage PSAs and transaction documentation
  • Coordinate due diligence (leases, permits, financials, inspections, legal docs)
  • Support lender and loan documentation submissions
  • Track deal timelines, approvals, and closing milestones
Development & Construction Coordination
  • Track development and construction budgets, milestones, and timelines
  • Coordinate contractor bids, vendor outreach, and ongoing communications
  • Maintain organized records related to development and construction activity
  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping and expense tracking
  • Prepare budget summaries and operational reports
  • Support investor reporting by organizing financial and deal-related data
  • Ensure financial documentation is accurate, organized, and up to date
Executive Support & Operations
  • Provide direct support to executive leadership (calendar, meetings, priorities)
  • Track key initiatives, deadlines, and deliverables with proactive follow-up
  • Maintain and improve systems for deal sourcing, tracking, documentation, and communication
  • Conduct research and support ad hoc operational needs
Stakeholder Coordination
  • Act as a point of contact with brokers, attorneys, lenders, contractors, and investors
  • Schedule meetings, manage communications, and follow up on open items
Required Qualifications
  • 3–6 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, private equity, or investment operations
  • Hands‑on experience with U.S. real estate transactions (LOIs, PSAs, diligence, closings)
  • Exposure to underwriting, deal analysis, and financial documentation
  • Experience coordinating development or construction-related workflows
  • Strong organizational, follow‑up, and execution skills
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
  • Fluent English (written and spoken); familiarity with U.S. real estate timelines and documentation
Nice to Have
  • Experience across residential, commercial, multifamily, or self‑storage assets
  • Familiarity with deal tracking, CRM, or project management tools
  • Prior support of founders or senior investment leaders
Why This Role
  • Direct exposure to U.S. real estate deals from opportunity to closing
  • Performance-based compensation with real upside
  • High‑trust, high-responsibility role within a lean investment team
  • Opportunity to grow into Acquisitions Operations or Investment Support leadership
