What you'll be doing:

Our Sales Development Representatives are the catalyst for TLC's next wave of success. The first point of contact for potential clients, setting the stage for long‑lasting partnerships with industry leaders. This isn't just any telemarketing role – it's a chance to be a true ambassador for TLC, igniting interest in our innovative customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty solutions.

  • Drive daily outbound to contacts and warm prospects via phone, email (Outlook), LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Identify, research and generate new opportunities within target accounts across our ideal client profiles including FMCG, QSR, Banking, Telco, and Digital Platforms.
  • Embark on a strategic outreach mission, targeting decision‑makers across various sectors.
  • Leverage your persuasive skills to secure valuable meetings for our Business Development team.
  • Become a master of our CRM system, ensuring perfectly timed, impactful outreach.
  • Conduct insightful research to understand prospects' industries, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Build a powerful professional network through LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Articulate TLC's unique value proposition with confidence and clarity.
  • Overcome objections with finesse and turn initial scepticism into genuine interest.
