We are seeking a hands‑on Engineering Manager to lead coding data annotation and validation workstreams that support the training and evaluation of Large Language Models (LLMs).
This role combines technical ownership, workflow execution, and people leadership. You will lead engineers and coding annotators while remaining actively involved in coding, system design, reviews, and quality enforcement.
