Qualificações

  • Bacharel em Engenharia é obrigatório.

  • Registro ativo no CREA.

  • Inglês fluente é necessário.
  • Conhecimento avançado no pacote Microsoft Office é requerido.

Responsabilidades

  • Avaliar e responder a solicitações de MOC e TA.
  • Realizar Análises de Causa Raiz (RCA) para incidentes e falhas.
  • Desenvolver e comunicar relatórios técnicos baseados em RCA.
  • Garantir documentação e comunicação adequadas de avaliações técnicas.

ENGENHEIRO DE INTEGRIDADE / Integrity Engineer

We are seeking a professional for the Integrity Engineer position to work at our office located in Rio Corporate Office dedicated to Guyana project (MOG).

This position is responsible for be acting as the Technical Authority to evaluate and respond to Management of Change (MOC) and Technical Assistance (TA) requests, ensuring technical integrity and compliance with MODEC standards for Integrity Engineer discipline and responsible for leading the team which will be conducting Root Cause Analyses (RCA) in accordance with MODEC guidelines to identify and address the underlying causes of technical issues for Integrity Engineer discipline.

Responsibilities and assignments

To perform functions such as:

  • Technical Authority for the evaluation and response to MOC and TA requests, ensuring all technical solutions are compliant with MODEC standards and industry regulations.
  • Review, assess, and approve technical changes, modifications, and deviations, providing clear recommendations and justifications.
  • Perform Root Cause Analyses (RCA) for incidents, failures, and recurring issues, ensuring thorough investigation and documentation in line with MODEC procedures.
  • Develop and communicate technical reports and recommendations based on RCA findings to prevent recurrence and improve operational reliability.
  • Ensure all technical evaluations and recommendations are properly documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders, including offshore and onshore teams.
  • Support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions resulting from MOC, TA, and RCA processes, monitoring their effectiveness.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of MODEC guidelines, industry standards, and best practices to ensure technical solutions are current and effective.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to operations, maintenance, and engineering teams as required.
  • Participate in audits, reviews, and technical meetings to ensure continuous improvement and compliance with company policies.
  • Participate in offshore visits as required to support technical evaluations, investigations, and implementation of solutions.
Requirements and qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree of Engineering is required.
  • MBA is a competitive edge.
  • Active CREA registration.
  • Overall experience is expected.
  • Experience in Offshore/Onshore Production Process on Oil & Gas is expected.
  • Fluent English is required.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office package knowledge is required.
  • Basic CMMS systems knowledge is a competitive edge (SAP preferred).
  • Basic Power BI knowledge is a competitive edge.
