Responsibilities

The Director of Operations, Specialty Practices, has a strategic leadership role at the heart of our growth engine. You’ll partner directly with the SVP and executive team to drive operational excellence, revenue growth, and scalable infrastructure across our Specialty Practices and Centers of Excellence (COEs). This is a high-impact, visible opportunity for a results-driven leader who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and operating partner to the SVP, helping to set priorities, manage execution, and ensure follow-through
  • Lead day-to-day operations for Specialty Practices and COEs, implementing process improvements that increase efficiency and support double-digit organic growth
  • Identify revenue optimization opportunities and drive alignment across teams to deliver consistent execution and business growth
  • Design and implement operational infrastructure, governance, and reporting to enable scale and enhance decision-making
  • Establish and manage mechanisms (shared KPIs, operating cadences, cross-sell playbooks) to foster collaboration across multiple Specialty Practices and COEs
  • Lead business planning, quarterly reviews, and growth initiative tracking
  • Develop dashboards and performance metrics to monitor revenue growth, pipeline health, and operational effectiveness
  • Drive special projects and high-impact initiatives, including cross-sell acceleration, technology integration, and margin improvement
Qualifications
  • 10+ years’ experience in business operations, revenue operations, or strategy leadership, preferably in professional services, insurance, or financial services
  • Proven success building operational infrastructure in high-growth or multi-entity organizations
  • Strong business acumen with expertise in performance metrics, market drivers, and execution across complex teams
  • Skilled communicator with the ability to advise, influence, and partner with senior executives
  • Experienced leader with a track record of hiring, developing, and managing high-performing, multicultural/multi-site teams
  • Results-driven strategist, comfortable with ambiguity, risk management, and driving measurable outcomes within budget
  • Ethical, action-oriented leader
  • Willing to travel 35% domestically

The salary range is $175K to $205K per year. This role is performance bonus eligible.
