Responsabilidades

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget by collaborating with technology teams.
  • Work closely with customer stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Manage and lead delivery teams to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Work with Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure quality control procedures are in place.
  • Act as a key contact for customers and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular service/project review meetings with customers and management.
  • Adopt customer-specific processes and methodologies to meet their needs.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
  • Ensure project teams meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and avoid penalties.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes.
  • Utilize effective conflict resolution and negotiation tactics to maintain high performance.
  • Establish and monitor Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Support hiring the right resources for various tracks.
  • Ensure Statement of Work (SOWs) are signed and invoices cleared on time.
  • Provide visibility to customer on team contributions and obtain feedback regularly.
  • Work with customers to identify opportunities and create proposals.
