Motiv8AI enables financial institutions, embedded finance and e-commerce players to boost originations, reduce risk, and deliver hyper-personalization through behavioral science with advanced analytics.

Responsibilities
  • Expand presence in the Brazilian market by identifying opportunities with banks, fintechs, and financial retailers to introduce Motiv8AI’s solutions.
  • Leverage existing C-level network (CEO, CRO, CMO, CIO, Chief Data Officer, Heads of Risk / Marketing) to gain access to key decision-makers and accelerate sales cycles.
  • Build and manage strategic alliances with technology partners, credit bureaus, system integrators, and consulting firms.
  • Represent Motiv8AI at fintech events, banking forums, and conferences, positioning the company with senior executives.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to expand and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, competition, and customer needs to shape our go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
  • 11+ years in business development, enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships in banking, fintech, or analytics.
  • Proven C-level network in the banking or fintech industry (mandatory).
  • Familiarity with credit scoring, risk analytics, personalization, collections, or fraud prevention solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in market entry and opening new territories or business lines.
  • Ability to navigate and convince customers to adopt innovation in a competitive environment.
  • Professional Portuguese and professional English (Spanish is a plus).
  • Willingness to travel regionally.
