General Description: As a member of the Digital Strategy and Enablement team, the Director, GMA & New Markets Commercial Digital Execution will play a crucial role in driving the digital initiatives of our organization. This individual will cross-functionally lead the digital transformation strategy by guiding and executing initiatives in partnership with Global Medical Affairs (GMA), Commercial and Marketing leads. This position serves as the Global GMA and commercial point of contact for multichannel engagement initiatives and works in close collaboration with these teams to provide expertise in leading a data-driven digital approach.
This position requires an experienced professional with a strong background in global digital marketing, analytics, and the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.

Salary Range: $152,100.00 - $212,100.00 annually

Non-Commercial roles are eligible to participate in the annual bonus plan, and Commercial roles are eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
