What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Recruit, develop, and coach Account Executives to meet and exceed revenue targets

  • Ensure effective sales processes and accurate forecasting to support executive decision‑making

What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise SaaS or technology sales
  • At least 5 years of experience managing and scaling high‑performing sales teams
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain solutions
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel 30‑50% of the time
