The candidate will be responsible for developing strategies, managing customer interactions, and coordinating training. Position Description

This position is responsible for prospecting and supporting customers in Brazil.

Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contributes to the development of training and educational programs for clients.

Key Tasks:

• Prospect new market segments and customers in Brazil territory by visiting potential customers along with rental companies on a regular basis;

• Follow the business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.

• Compose and issuing quotations and purchase orders of the territory according to the procedures established as far as product configurations, payments terms, deliveries, pricing and others items related.

• Attend and coordinate seminars, product demos and other sales activities.

• Communicate new product launchings, product changes implementation as well as availabilities prices polices and changes;

• Reports weekly and monthly all market movements, trends, competition activities, etc.

Education Requirements

Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Engineering is desired.

Language Requirements

• Fluent written and spoken English is desired.

Experience:

• Minimum of two years of cumulative experience in a similar position;

Skills:

The candidate should be a proven change agent, who has high intellect, is results-oriented and leads through his/her own inspiration and example.

In addition, the candidate must create a very open and transparent environment.

Key skills include:

• Self-management skills.

• Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate and interact with team members and outside visitors from different hierarchies and cultures;

• Must be self directed, motivated, and detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

• Experience with MS Windows, Outlook, Excel, and Word.

• Product knowledge of Aerial Work Platform equipment a plus.
