What Youll Do:
  • Handle Patient Calls: Manage incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Fill schedule gaps and coordinate patient appointments efficiently.
  • Insurance Verification: Ensure accurate and timely processing of insurance details.
  • Process Payments: Handle post-payment tasks with precision.
  • Data Management: Submit client information and maintain organized records in Dentrix and CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Communicate effectively with the office and internal team to maintain seamless operations.
Who You Are:
  • Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experienced in phone support and customer service.
  • Reliable and able to work standard office hours in EST or MST time zones.
  • Organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Dentrix and familiar with CRM tools (preferred).
  • Tech-savvy, with basic computer skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
