Delivery Director – Remote Work – BairesDev

We are looking for a proactive, dynamic Delivery Director with a strong organizational capacity and an excellent attention to detail. You will join the Management team and lead multicultural teams distributed worldwide.

What You Will Do

• Direct project management practices using agile methodologies for your portfolio.
• Collaborate with the PMO to execute processes and strategies for your team of Project Managers.
• Ensure consistent HR policies in close collaboration with Px.
• Support your structure (delivery managers and project managers) and raise relevant issues to the VP when needed.
• Define global forecast for your project portfolio.
• Ensure your team complies with established methodologies and processes.
• Work with Account VPs to manage complex problems with clients when needed.
• Secure effective, professional, and transparent communication between Project Managers and Customers.
• Maintain customer and team satisfaction throughout the entire project for all your clients.

What We Are Looking For

• 6+ years of experience in project management for software outsourcing (Personnel, Time and Materials, and Budgets).
• Customer‑oriented with strong communication skills.
• Budget management and experience with Agile Methodologies.
• Previous experience as a Software Engineer.
• Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
• Advanced English level.
