Your Next Challenge

Join our client’s team as a Senior DBA, taking ownership of critical database environments and ensuring performance, availability, and reliability across business-critical systems. This role is ideal for a highly experienced professional who thrives in complex environments, enjoys deep technical challenges, and takes pride in operational excellence.

What You’ll Work On

• Administering and maintaining SQL Server OLTP environments in production
• Managing high-availability solutions using AlwaysOn Availability Group
• Supporting and operating Azure SQL environments
• Performing in-depth performance analysis and optimization of databases and queries
• Troubleshooting application-related database issues in .NET and IIS stacks
• Supporting data platforms with OLAP and SSIS components (when applicable)
• Ensuring rigorous documentation, operational procedures, and best practices are followed
• Working closely with application, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure system stability and performance

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in SQL Server database administration
• Advanced knowledge of SQL Server OLTP, AlwaysOn Availability Groups, and Azure SQL
• Strong experience in performance tuning, optimization, and root-cause analysis
• Hands-on experience with application troubleshooting in .NET and IIS environment
• English B2, mandatory.
• High level of rigor, attention to detail, and documentation discipline
• Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, and analytical thinking

Bonus Points

• Experience with OLAP and SSIS
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure beyond Azure SQL
• Experience working in complex, enterprise-scale environments
