Job Description

The Impact You'll Make in this Role

• Leading data strategy for driving a compliant and optimized customer experience.
• Configuring 3M's Customer Data Platform (CDP) to drive business and compliance user cases.
• This includes integrating data from various sources such as CRM systems, web analytics, and marketing platforms to create a unified view of customer behavior and campaign performance.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, IT, data science, and legal / compliance to leverage customer data for personalized marketing campaigns and customer journey optimization.
• Ensuring data privacy and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) by developing and maintaining a robust data governance framework and documentation to ensure data quality and consistency.

Your Skills and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Solid experience in Digital Analytics, Customer Data Platforms, and / or tag management in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively and accurately with mínimal errors.
• Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include : _
• Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience working in a highly matrixed organization.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Tealium Audience Stream CDP.
• Working knowledge of Securiti.ai Consent Management Platform.
• Knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations.
• Working knowledge of Data Clean Room (DCR) technologies.
• JavaScript, CSS, and HTML background.
• Familiarity with APIs and data feeds to connect and retrieve data across platforms is a strong asset.

Work location

This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week in the office located in Sumaré, São Paulo (SP).
