What you will do :

• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) tasks.
• Design and document migration workflows, data mappings, and transformation rules.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy during the migration process.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including data stewards, functional teams, and integration teams, to ensure smooth migration processes and timely project delivery.
• Conduct data analysis and mapping to align data structures between source and target systems.
• Perform data validation and testing to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data migration.
• Optimize and tune data migration processes for performance and efficiency.
• Document data migration procedures and maintain data lineage records.
• Stay updated with new data migration technologies and best practices.

What we are looking for :

• Fluent in English;
• Data migration / conversion experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience with data migration ETL processes, including extraction, cleansing, profiling, transformation, loading, validation, and remediation.
• Proficiency in developing and optimizing complex SQL queries.
• Knowledge of SAP ECC, SAP S / 4HANA, CRM, Salesforce, Snowflake, Dataiku, or PowerBI is highly preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple data objects.
• Solid understanding of migration strategies, validation strategies, and mock cutover planning.

This is a hybrid position, at our office at Campinas / SP.
