Ready to architect the next generation of enterprise data platforms?

We're looking for a Senior Data Architect with deep expertise in designing scalable, secure, and high-performance data ecosystems across cloud platforms.

If you're passionate about driving data strategy, modernizing legacy systems, and enabling analytics and AI at scale—this role is for you.

You'll join a fully remote, multicultural team delivering data architecture solutions for high-impact digital transformation programs across industries.

What will you do?

• Define and lead the enterprise data architecture strategy across cloud and hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Design scalable, future-proof data platforms, including data lakes, lakehouses, and modern data warehouses.
• Drive the standardization of data modeling, metadata management, and data governance practices.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement robust data pipelines and real-time streaming solutions.
• Provide architectural oversight on ETL / ELT frameworks, data integration, and ingestion patterns.
• Align data architecture with security, compliance, and privacy requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
• Advise on data tooling and platform choices based on use case, scale, and business value.
• Act as a technical mentor and thought leader across data engineering and analytics teams.

Must-Have Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in data engineering or architecture, including at least 2-3 years in a lead / architect role.

Strong experience architecting data solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Expertise in data modeling, distributed data systems, and data warehousing technologies (e.g., Redshift, BigQuery, Synapse, Snowflake).

Solid understanding of modern data stack tools : Spark, Kafka, Airflow, dbt, and others.

Experience with data governance, cataloging, lineage, and privacy frameworks.

Strong communication and leadership skills; able to influence across business and tech teams.

B2+ English proficiency.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with data mesh, data fabric, or domain-driven data architectures.
• Experience in MLOps, feature stores, and model metadata management.
• Knowledge of IAC tools like Terraform, and DevOps / dataops practices.
• Certifications in cloud platforms or data architecture (e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics, GCP Professional Data Engineer).
