  • Business Performance Support: Collaborate with the business team to support regular business performance reviews, providing data-backed insights and recommendations for strategy optimization.
  • Strategic Decision-Making: Translate complex data findings into clear, strategic recommendations for business stakeholders, aiding in the development of informed strategies.
  • Research Studies: Plan and organize research studies, focusing on data collection and analysis from existing databases rather than primary research tools like questionnaires.
  • Reporting & Presentation: Analyze and synthesize data into detailed reports and presentations, effectively communicating insights to key stakeholders.
  • Cross‑functional Collaboration: Work closely with global teams, particularly the business team, to share insights and support strategic decision‑making across the organization.
  • Additional Support: Provide assistance with other data‑driven tasks as required to support team objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analysis, Marketing, or related fields
  • Strong interest in user research, consumer behavior, and both quantitative and qualitative analysis methodologies.
  • Proficient in SQL.
