A growing e-commerce brand is seeking a Data Analyst to drive insights and support leadership through data analysis. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience using SQL, Excel, and AI automations. This fully remote role offers the chance for international business experience and growth within a supportive team environment. Candidates should be comfortable communicating insights in English and preferably have e-commerce or DTC experience.

Qualificações

• 3+ years experience as a Data Analyst.
• Experience with AI automations and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to communicate insights effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain dashboards and projection tools.
• Identify trends in conversion, retention, and customer behavior.
• Support leadership with insights and recommendations.

Conhecimentos

Strong SQL

Excel / Google Sheets

Experience with dashboards & KPIs

AI Automations (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, n8n, Make, Airtable)

Ecommerce or DTC experience

Comfortable communicating insights in English

Python

BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)

We’re looking for a Data Analyst who thinks like a business partner, not just a report builder.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain dashboards & projection tools such as sales, marketing, inventory, etc.
• Identify trends in conversion, retention, and customer behavior
• Support leadership with clear insights and recommendations

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years experience as a Data Analyst
• Strong SQL + Excel / Google Sheets
• Experience with dashboards & KPIs
• Exeprience with AI Automations such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, n8n, Make, Airtable, etc.
• Ecommerce or DTC experience preferred
• Comfortable communicating insights in English
• Bonus: Python, BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
