A leading automotive company in São Paulo is seeking a Data Analytics Specialist for its HR People Analytics team. The individual will leverage data to enhance decision-making and develop advanced reporting solutions utilizing platforms like Power BI and SQL. They should have 2+ years in data analysis, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and strong collaborative skills across cross-functional teams. This position also allows for a hybrid work model, combining remote and on-site work.
We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analytics Specialist to join our HR People Analytics team and drive actionable insights through advanced reporting and analytics.
This role focuses on leveraging data to improve decision‑making across HR and operational functions.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, business acumen, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver impactful solutions.
The role involves developing and maintaining advanced reporting solutions using ServiceNow, Power BI, SQL, and Databricks platform functionality to support HR and operational performance metrics.
You will collaborate closely with the Data Engineering team to ensure data integrity across multiple systems and leverage AI automation concepts where applicable.
This position requires analyzing and synthesizing complex data sets to deliver actionable insights, KPIs, and dashboards that inform strategic decisions.
Working within an Agile project environment, you will partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and create tailored reporting solutions.
The role also includes preparing clear, structured presentations and visualisations for leadership, ensuring compliance with ethical standards in all data activities, and managing multiple priorities independently in a fast‑paced setting.
Hybrid: This position requires working 3 days on site and 2 days remote on a full‑time basis.
